Our client, the leading Mobile Service Provider in Sri Lanka, is on the lookout for Call Centre Executives to work on shift basis in its office in Borella.
The duties of the Call Centre Executive will include:
• Answering customer inquiries
• Determining customer requirements
• Resolving customer problems
• Fulfilling customer requests If you:
• Are fluent in Sinhala • Are able to converse in English
• Are good in verbal communication
• Have excellent phone skills
• Have obtained passes for the main subjects including Sinhala and Mathematics at the G.C.E Ordinary Level Examinations
• Are located within 25 km distance from Borella You are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience as Customer Care Executives or Call Centre Executives will be an added advantage. An attractive remuneration package awaits the right candidates.
