Qualifications and Requirements:
• Preferable age 30-40 years
• Full professional qualification in ICASL/CIMA
• 3 to 5 years proven experience in a senior capacity
• Good analytical and decision making skills
• Team player with good communication skills in Sinhala & English Duties and
Responsibilities:
• Overall financial management of the company minimizing cost
• Preparation of monthly financial statements, budgets, cash flows and ad-hoc reports
• Liaising with foreign principals , distributors , debtors, consignees , creditors with regard to day to day operation of the company
• Monitoring of stock maintaining of the company
• Implementing proper internal controls and systems to mitigate the financial and operational risks of the company
• Proper work allocation among subordinates of the accounts department
