Web Project Coordinator

▪ Managed projects in an advertising agency
▪ Managed projects in web design/development agency
▪ Worked as a Quality Assurance Officer
Digital Glare is a multimedia services provider based in Brisbane, Australia. Its development division Digital Glare (Lanka) based in Colombo, Sri Lanka is looking for an experienced candidate to undertake the project coordinator role.
What you will be doing: The project coordinator role centers predominantly on managing website, web application and email marketing campaign development projects to make sure they meet all standards of presentation and quality. You will be coordinating with a highly skilled team of designers and developers to deliver outstanding online work.
You will be directly liaising with our project managers at Digital Glare (Australia) as well as our international clients.
Requirements:
You MUST supply evidence on your CV and during the interview to demonstrate that you have the following experiences:-
– You MUST have excellent written and verbal English communication skills. As part of the interview you will be given a written test to check you your English, grammar and spellings.
– Previous experience as a project manager, coordinator or quality control officer in an advertising agency, web design or software development company, is essential.
– Good understanding of web and mobile projects.
– Excellent attention to details. Ability to work in a team environment and take responsibility of projects. Self-motivated individual who can work without supervision.
Below requirements are NOT a must but may help you secure this position:
– Background in graphic & web design
– Knowledge of PHP, WordPress, Joomla
