* Degree or post graduate qualification in HR
* Minimum of 03 years experience in similar capacity
* Knowledge of KPI reviews, Recruitment, Retention strategies, Training & Development, Labour rules & regulations
* Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Power point, Report writing and conducting meetings independently
* Excellent command of written and spoken English
* Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure with positive attitude
