SAT manufactures knitted fabrics and engage in knitting, dyeing, finishing, printing, brushing, and sueding of fabrics for the local as well as international markets.
The company employs a work force of over 700 in a state of the art factory across 76 acres equipped with the latest manufacturing technology. SAT is a continuous recipients of the prestigious worldwide accredited certifications such as WRAP and GOTS.
Senior Compliance Executive
SAT ROLE SUMMARY:
The position requires in assisting in developing the policies related to employee compliance and direct implementation of same to ensure that all statutory and buyers’ compliance requirements are met. Further he/ she should be able to work independently and be familiar with WRAP, ISO standards & ESH compliance requirements
Primary Requirements
• A Bachelors or a professional Qualification in HR/IR
• Prior experience and/or knowledge in implementing company Ethical, Social, Health and Safety compliance requirements/standards and handling accreditation/ compliance requirements with leading brands in Europe and USA such as Victoria Secret, M&S, Tesco F&F, H&M, NIKE, George/Azda, NEXT, Decathlon, Etc., in accordance with global regulatory standards (CPSIA)
• A good knowledge on Wrap/GOTS/ZDHC/Green Peace DETOX initiatives and compliance audits will be a definite advantage.
• Excellent communication skills
• Age preferably between 25 — 30 years
