We Are Hiring
Sales & Marketing Manager
– Between 25
– 48 years in age
– Minimum 5 years of experience in similar or parallel capacity
– Specialized in IT Services with Business Development and Marketing experience. Firm grasp of IT products and services. Should be willing to sail in unfamiliar waters if in need. Should have a good exposure to latest technologies and solutions.
– Must be very pro-active and persuasive with leads and clients. Strong adherence to protocols / standards. This job requires special commitment and dedication.
– Self motivated with excellent communication and presentation skills. Must be fluent in English / Sinhala, both spoken and written. Applicant should have high proficiency in maintaining clean & professional communication via phone/email with leads. Proficiency in other languages are an added advantage.
– Ability to consult to any client for their requirements and solutions. Should be able to cater solutions after careful evaluation of client requirements and company offerings.
– Ability to take responsibility (good team players) – MUST. Dedication & strong commitment to meet goals.
Additional: – Preference would be given to applicants with experience / track records.
Operational responsibilities:
– Identifying potential market and the Clients be Marketing strategies.
– Research and build relationships with new clients.
– Exploring and Identifying the client’s requirements and needs. Consulting and proposing solutions and applications for clients based on their requirements.
– Identifying and resolving the client’s issues and problems.
– Account management Project management and People management.
– Working with other departments & internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
General responsibilities:
– Exploring global market. Exploring new solutions according to the markets and trends.
– Playing key role in company initiatives for developing new projects for future use.
– Maintaining high level of customer service.
