Receptionist
Responsibilities:
– Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages
– Direct visitors and guests to the appropriate staff member
– Pick up and deliver mails
– Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and conferences
– Answering telephone calls
– Provide secretarial support
Requirements:
– Pleasant personality with excellent Communication Skills
– Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in similar capacity
– Good telephone etiquettes
– Computer literacy
