We are a leading Below-The-Line Advertising Agency in Sri Lanka, serving both Local and Multinational Clients across a wide section of industries. Being in the business for over 4 decades, Nelu’s has specialized in the fields of Ad-Merchandise, Signage, Printing, Exhibitions, Events & Out-of-Home media. In view of expanding our client base, we are looking tor a Production Supervisor to manage our Production Team.
The job & Indians of the chosen candidate would entail supervising the production process of our main workshop inclusive of Sign manufacturing in various material sizes, Producing of Branded Display units for indoor & outdoor advertising, Production of promotional Acrylic 8, stainless steel works, Production of Exhibition booths & Event material, Branding etc.
The Ideal Candidate must possess the following skills:
• Having a technical qualification would be a definite advantage.
• Required to have knowledge & experience in supervising welding, carpentry & spray painting units.
• Ability to creatively use cost effective material & methods when producing various advertising structures.
• Ability to ensure on-time delivery of items manufactured.
• The ideal candidate should be skilled in tactfully managing labour including efficient allocation of labour & leave management. Prior experience in managing labour is a definite advantage.
• Must possess good communication skills in order to communication cordially with our clients and our client servicing team.
