Post Of Business Development Manager (Banking & Finance)
• Experience in sales with a proven track record. Must be able to demonstrate the ability to deal with senior management within multinational organizations.
• Strong contract negotiation skills.
• A high level of confidence to present detailed presentations on products and services.
• Able to demonstrate efficient planning and organizational skills – able to think ahead in order to establish an appropriate course of action.
• Priorities and plan activities taking into account all the relevant issues and factors such as deadlines.
• Resilience – must be able to manage emotions in the face of pressure, setbacks or when dealing with provocative situations.
• Demonstrate good time management skills and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate an approach to work that is characterized by commitment, motivation and energy.
Qualification & Experience:
• CIM or SLIM fully qualified
• minimum of 3 solid experience in business development in the local market, preferably in payments, cards and EFT POS industry, with demonstrated success of driving profitable business growth
