Center Managers
Prerequisites:
– A minimum of 6 years experience in a Bank or Financial Institution with at least 3
year’s exposure to Pawning in an Executive Level.
– A full / part qualification in Banking is preferred.
Special Skills:
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
– Conversant in banking operations.
– Ability to assay and Identify Fake and Dud Gold Articles.
– Ability to communicate in Tamil is a mandatory requirement for North and East applicants.
Job Profile:
– Granting of Advances within the approved limits set out in the standardized procedure! guidelines.
– Ensuring adherence to all operational processes and guidelines in relation to pawning.
– Marketing of the pawning product along with other Liability and Asset Products.
Pawning Officers
– The right candidate should possess a good educational background up to GCE Advanced Level and previous experience in pawning operations would be an advantage for the above position.
