Outlet Manager
One of the major responsibilities of the Lil’ Orbits Outlet Manager is to set up team work and dedication among the employees while making the customers feel like they are in for a treat when ordering from the outlet and make sure that the location operates as smoothly as possible. As the Outlet Manager in our restaurant & delivery
business, the manager’s role will be leading the team in maintaining our brand standards on each and every shift
we operate. The manager will have the drive to motivate and coach the team to provide a level of service that
impresses our customers and keep them coming back time and time again. As part of the Management team,
he / she will be supported to develop many other skills including driving sales through local store marketing, great customer service and controlling costs in order to deliver business profit. Being an outlet manager will offer a great first step onto the management ladder for people who have the passion and drive to succeed.
We are looking for a great team player who is able to combine a passion for fantastic hospitality with a real flair for organization and an ability to inspire and lead others and work closely with the management team to help grow the business.
The ideal candidates for the position will posses:
– Exceptional team building capability
– Ability to manage and coach team members to consistently deliver excellent hospitality
– Good communication skills and strong interpersonal & conflict resolution skills
– Good understanding of business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical /decision-making skills
– Ability to maximize sales on every shift
– Ability to maintain Lil’ Orbit brand standards and procedures
– Ability to design 8: develop shift plans, work schedules and follow-up tools
– Control the store’s daily operations by scheduling the work shift among employees
– Ensuring that the company’s food safety codes and security policy are being maintained.
– Capability to develop and maintain positive communication and teamwork with all co—workers and supervisors.
– Ability to handle all service issues in an immediate and professional manner.
– Ability to conduct performance evaluation and appraisal, motivate and train staff and take disciplinary action when necessary.
– Knowledge and experience to actively participate in menu andrecipe development and continuous improvement
– Knowledge & experience in barista operations and supervision would be an advantage (not compulsory)
Requirements:
– 2 years experience in fast food industry with successful, high sales volume, operational management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry.
– Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement
– Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, sales performance and employee satisfaction
– Good communication skills & outgoing personality
– Deep understanding of the local customer behavior and market trends
