Seeks a Competent and Dynamic Individual for the New Venture

Job Description:
– Overall management of the operations and responsible for the success of the business venture. – Serve as an organizational representative with supervisory responsibilities as per organizational policies.
– Responsibility towards the successful achievement of the sales revenue assigned for the showroom, guiding and administrating of the staff whiles handling the overall routing operations of the business venture.

Key Requirements:
– Minimum 3 years senior management level experience, experience in similar or related industry is an added advantage
– Should possess a sound educational background to perfectly perform the job function such as a degree or higher diploma level in management or higher
– Should be an energetic, creative, committed, self – dependent, a good team player, multitasking, individual with superior analysis, planning and problem solving skills
– Ability to deliver both external and internal customer satisfaction arid retention
Higher fluency in verbal and written communication and computer literate

Skills & Competencies:
– Excellent Communication skills in English, Interpersonal skills and Supervisory skills. –
– Excellent Computer Skills, particularly in Microsoft packages.
– An aptitude to work independently with minimum supervision and achieve targets.
– Ability to work under pressure, proactive and familiar with team. approach
