We are seeking an experienced Marketing Executive for our client company.This is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional who is passionate about business development, customer relationship management, sales and international markets, and is looking to build a career within the tea industry.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new local customers and business opportunities for the Company’s tea products.
Maintain strong and professional relationships with existing local customers.
Promote the Company’s products to local retailers, wholesalers, distributors, institutions, and other potential customers.
Obtain market information on customer requirements, prices, competitors, and market trends.
Coordinate with the Tea Buying and Factory teams to ensure products offered to customers meet required quality and specifications.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and other marketing documents as required.
Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, deliveries, payments, and complaints.
Monitor local sales against agreed targets and take timely action to improve performance.
Visit customers and markets when required to develop business and obtain market feedback.
Maintain accurate records of customers, inquiries, quotations, orders, and sales activities.
Submit regular marketing reports to the Management.
Requirements:
Previous experience in Marketing, in export industry would prefer
Results-oriented with a strong business development mindset.
Skilled in customer relationship management and sales follow-up.
Confident in communicating with both local and international customers.
Able to coordinate effectively with multiple internal departments.
Commercially aware with an interest in market trends and international business.
Professional, organised and capable of maintaining accurate customer and sales records.
Willing to travel for customer and market visits when required.
