Management Trainee
The Management Trainee (MT) programme is comprehensive twelve-month programme where the main focus is to prepare
the trainees for their working environment by enhancing their leadership qualities. capability development and in providing them with business exposure. During their period of training, the candidates will be given an exposure into the activities of all departments with special emphasis on the area they have been chosen in to.
Upon successful completion of training. the candidates will be posted in appropriate job positions in the executive cadre in keeping with their performance and available opportunities within the institute. During the period or training, they will receive an attractive salary and after absorption in to the permanent cadre. they will be provided with invaluable training and can look forward to an attractive remuneration package that Will be on par with market standards.
Person’s Profile:
– Must be fresh graduates with a degree covering disciplines such as Management, Marketing, HR, Finance etc.
– Must be able to demonstrate excellent communication Skills and a positive outlook.
– Should be an excellent team player with active involvement in extracurricular activities during school / university career.
– Should be proficient in English, sinhala/Tamil.
– Should be below 26 years of age.
