We are looking for hardworking, motivated and committed candidates to fill in the following post:

Maintenance Technician

Job Description:

• Ensure that the company’s equipment and facilities are properly maintained and fully functioning at all times;
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance tasks, such as checking and cleaning of equipment, in order to detect and prevent problems;
• Perform the necessary repair works and coordinate with external providers when needed;
• Establish and maintain a maintenance management record for tracking work orders, spare parts, and maintenance history of unit equipment;
• Study blueprints, schematics, manuals, or other specifications to determinate installation procedures of new equipment;
• Test faulty equipment to diagnose malfunctions and ensure repair works are carried out safely, efficiently and with minimum disruption to the employees;
• Establish and actively manage a small maintenance team.

Requirements:

• At least 5-10 years of experience as a technical maintenance expert with strong knowledge of all equipment used in the food industry. Airline catering industry is not a requirement, but is highly appreciated;
• Strong ability to perform maintenance and repair tasks of kitchen equipment, refrigeration units, air conditioning units, hydraulics and electrical equipment, heating ventilation and general building maintenance, such as painting and plumbing;
• Willing to take ownership and develop preventive maintenance schedules;
• Team player with strong communication skills both verbal and written in English;
• Reliable and responsible person with a true sense of accuracy and ingenuity;
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and work under pressure;
• Ability to quickly learn and put to use new skills and knowledge brought about by rapidly changing information and or technology;
• Physically fit as the position requires constant standing, walking and use of hands and fingers.

Salary will depend on qualification & experience, + accommodation + meals (On duty) + air tickets and GOP (Work permit).
