The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka) is the national accounting body in Sri Lanka,
which was established in 1959 by an Act of Parliament. We are one of the largest professional organizations in
the country with over 4300 members and 41,000 students.
Applications are invited from a qualified, dynamic and experienced professional to fill the following vacancy on an
annual renewable fixed term contract currently existing at CA Sri Lanka.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD POSSESS
– A degree in law from a recognized university or an Attorney-at-Law
– At least 3 — 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity
– Excellent oral & written communication skills together with good IT skills
– The ability to take action against professional misconduct and attend to disciplinary inquiries
– The capability to provide legal advice and interpretation services to the management and Board members to ensure statutory compliance with existing law and prepare legal opinions and advise the management in general.
