Java Associate Architect
We are looking for an Associate Architect with expertise in leading offshore development teams. Candidates should posses the ability to effectively formulate software architecture and guide the technical teams to deliver optimum results. Experience in dealing with complexities related to offshore development and effective commu-nication skills are essential.

Technical Skills:
* Excellent understanding on design patterns and enterprise integration patterns
* In depth knowledge in database design ( Relational and NoSQL)
* Strong working knowledge on software deployment, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
* Hands on experience about production environment setup, high availability infrastructure design, capacity planning
* Good working knowledge in Linux server management
Expectations:
* A degree in IT or a related field/Any other equivalent professional qualifications
* More than 7 years of industry experience, of which at least 2 years of experience as a Technical Lead
* Professional Certifications in Java Technology is preferred
* Excellent communication skills including verbal and written English
* Full software development life cycle exposure in developing enterprise applications
* Ability to define and implement quality assurance strategies including unit testing and code reviews
* Proven initiative and good analytical/ problem solving skills
