Qualifications and Experience:
HIND or diploma in IT
Minimum 6 months experience in level 1 technical support for customer
Knowledge in computer hardware and basic network
School leavers are encouraged to apply
Basic knowledge of CCTV camera system
Capabilities and Qualities
Configuring and managing office 365
Working with desktop OS
Troubleshooting and problem solving skills laptop, desktop and printer
Responding in a timely manner to service issues to the customer
