Skills Required
• Should be a people oriented person and ability to work as a team
• Experience in staff recruitment, remuneration/grading & training and development
• Meticulous and able to multi task
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
• Degree or professional qualifications preferable in HR
Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role, preferably in a reputed software development company.
