The role of Human Resource Manager is to solve complex and time critical organizational challenges through people centric solutions. You will be an integral part of the leadership team, hence you’ll need to understand every aspect of our business and be a thought leader on people and organizational topics. You are entrusted with formulating the people strategy that will support Zone24x7 and our associates in realizing our ambitions to reach new heights. This requires that you think big, use data to guide your work, be comfortable challenging convention and if required, reinvent how work is done. You’ll also partner with a cross functional group of subject matter experts to design and execute strategies for how we “get, grow and keep” the finest talent required for the sustained growth of Zone24x7.

Requirements:-

• Master’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in HRM, of which at least 3 years in an IT, Knowledge Industry organization.
• Great communications skills. Understand how to passionately communicate impactful, complex and significant change. • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves and dig deep to get things done, and the next instance being part of a deeply engaging strategy discussion.
• Great at influencing people through strong relationships, expertise and data.
• Ability to manage diverse stakeholders across the company in United States and Sri Lanka.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for actions based on the analysis.

Responsibilities:-

• Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and talent-related strategy and execution.
• Provide insightful data to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions.
• Consult Zone24x7 Senior Management to create comprehensive people plan to influence lasting change across different functions and departments.
• Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue, irrespective of its complexity. Design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple functions and departments.
• Provide expertise in:

o Career Planning
o Performance Management
o Coaching and Mentoring
o Recognition, Rewarding and Compensation
o Employee Relations
o Learning and Development
