HR Executive / HR Management Trainees (Lankapura Apparels, Polonnaruwa)
You will be directly reporting to the Human Resources Manager.
Your key responsibilities will be,
1. Recruitment and Selection
2. Arrange Training Programs
3. Conduct Investigation, Arrange Formal Disciplinary Inquires
4. Prepare HR Related Analytical Reports
5. Handling Labour Related Matters
6. Arranging Welfare Facilities
7. Organizing Motivational Events
8. Support Payroll Executive
The ideal candidate we have in mind shall be in the age group of 22 — 30 years and ideally, you would have a good record of academic achievements such as IPM qualifications, a special degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management etc.
You would count at least 2 years’ experience in a similar or comparable capacity in a manufacturing organization, preferably in an apparel industry.
We are also looking for hiring fresh graduates for our human resources department. You would be rewarded with an attractive and generous remuneration package plus other perquisites.
