Berjaya Hotel Colombo has undergone a major refurbishment program recently and is pleased to invite qualified and experienced individuals to join the berjaya team.
Guest Service Clerk (Male / Female) – Age below 30 years
We are looking for a smart young person with pleasing personality.
The successful candidate should possess:
– Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar capacity.
– Guest Relation skills and ability to perform assigned duties effectively and accurately with regard to guest relation.
– Ability to work under pressurized work environment.
– Self-motivated person who could achieve given targets.
– Professional Qualification from a Hotel School in the Front Office Guest Relation would be an added advantage.
Trainee Guest Service Clerk (Male / Female) – Age below 25 years
We are looking for a smart young person with pleasing personality.
– Experience in Customer/Guest service would be an added advantage.
Both applicants should possess:
– Good communication skills.
– Ability to work in a computerized environment.
– Minimum qualification – G.C.E. (0/L) Examination with credit passes for English & Mathematics.
