Group and Incentive Manager
The Group & Incentive Manager will create, manage and run group and incentive travel in Sri Lanka and report to the General Manager / CEO.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
– Participate in the development and implement the annual department business plan.
– Identify and maximize opportunities to enhance profitability and yield.
– Aggressively and proactively seek new partnerships.
– Building and maintaining excellent relations with partners, clients and potential business prospects.
– Conducting ongoing secondary buying with suppliers as required and dictated by market trends and to achieve best services at least possible costs.
– Produce the most innovative, attractive and price-worthy proposals for all client requests.
– Accompany the groups as required / ensure the operations run smoothly on spot.
– Continually researching, developing and improving products and services offered. Aiming at being the most creative provider of services in the market.
– Maintain and upgrade our level of service excellency at all times.
– Assist to enhance and improve the quality of the work delivered by the department both on an internal company level as well as on an external level.
– Prepare materialization and benchmarking reports as well as account performance analysis reports as and when required.
Desired Skills and Experience:
– At least 5 years’ experience in Incentive / Events management in Sri Lanka.
– Strong product knowledge of Sri Lanka and an understanding of the luxury travel marketplace.
– Strong creativity and understanding of luxury customers’ expectations.
– Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
– Sri Lankan National Only
