– Manage the development of Interaction design Strategy and Competency throughout the group to define success criteria, responsibilities, and appropriate resources to meet design objectives.
– Design creative solution for multiple platforms using modern design methods in a variety of product development methodologies and frameworks including agile environments, waterfall, and phase-gate approaches.
– Translate business objectives and end-user needs into design strategies by working collaboratively with project teams.
– Management of Social Media aspect for the group of Companies.
Education and Experience:
– Interaction design, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, human Factors required.
– Experience designing products that excite users and create experiences that solve complex interactions with elegant, simple designs.
– Demonstrated ability to tackle a wide range of problems and bring clarity and order to a confusion or requirements.
– A good Eye for detail and ability to engaged in multiple projects simultaneously.
– Knowledge of design related software, date transfer and rapid prototyping processes, including their interactive capabilities.
A Portfolio review is required as part of the interview process for all positions in the design lab.
