The Company:
The Beira Group is Sri Lanka’s largest manufacturer of cleaning and sanitary maintenance Products to the export market. We are looking for self-motivated young University Graduate (preferably male) to be trained and absorbed to the Company with a career development plan to our INGlRIYA Factory.
Executive – Quality Management
Personal Profile
• A University Graduate with a Class and/or Professional Qualification in Quality Management
• Through knowledge in methods of maintaining Quality Standards.
• Ability to work in an IT oriented environment, with excellent skills in EXCEL
• Good written and spoken skills in English language
• Possess strong Leadership and Managerial qualities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Be prepared to work with a high sense of responsibility with flexibility in working hours.
Job Profile:
• Assist the Senior Manager – Quality Management
• Implement and Monitor Quality Standards of the Company
• Maintain ISO and OHSAS Standards and improving processes
• Improve Kaizen and Quality Circles within the Factory
Experience:
• At least 1 to 2 years’ experience in working in a Factory Environment mainly handling Quality Management.
• Below 30 years of age
• Preferably living in and around Kalutara District.
