Deputy Human Resources Manager
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and attributes:
– A Bachelors’ degree or professional qualification in Human resource Management from a recognized institution
– A minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resource Management in defining and implementing HR Strategies and polices in the following areas:
* Performance Management
* Staff Sourcing and Talent Management
* Employee Engagement
– Excellent communication skills, oral and written, with the ability to describe complex issues in a clear and understandable manner
– A team player with good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
– Familiarity with HRIS
– Aged below 40 years
