Charted Secretary
Job Profile:
– Attending to the requirements of the Department of Registrar of Companies ,Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE), Central Bank of Sri Lanka, Board of Investment of Sri Lanka Advising Companies and Board of Directors on Company Law and Practice with emphasis on compliance with of the Companies Act, Colombo Stock Exchange and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
– Deal with correspondence of company stakeholders
– Liaise with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors
– Organize Board Meetings and other Committee meetings, agenda, taking minutes of board meetings, annual general meetings (AGMs) and other Committee meetings
Experience and Qualifications:
– A Chartered Secretary or an Attorney at Law or any other equivalent professional qualifications
– Minimum 3 years experience in secretarial work.
– Should be fluent in English Language with excellent writing skills
– Computer literacy in MS Word and Excel is mandatory
