Sales Manager
Job Profile
A. Develop, Manage and support sales staff.
B. Initiate strategies and drive the sales team towards set objectives while maintaining the set service standards.
C. Identify business opportunities by meeting clients, evaluating and analyzing their requirements.
D. Be responsible for work planning and facilitation of key deliverables related to activities that supports processes between the sales force and the clients.
Prerequisites:
• 3-4 years’ work experience with hands on experience in sales and team handling.
• Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in Marketing/ Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institute.
• Should be a good communicator with strong marketing and interpersonal skills.
Sales Executive
Prerequisites:
A. Age below 30 years
B. Ability to solve problems and work under pressure.
C. G.C.E A/L 3 passes in any discipline.
D. Previous industry experience in a similar position.
The Candidates should have to fulfill the following requirements too:
• Willing to work in any part of the island.
• Having a valid riding/driving license.
• Experience in external cladding business (ACP/HPL) will be an added advantage.
