Call Centre Executive Male / Female
Job Responsibility:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries
• Able to work under a minimum supervision
• Able to meet daily/monthly targets
Requirements:
• G.C.E. A/L qualified. Age 18 and above, both males and females can apply
• Must have excellent communication skills with a pleasing personality
• Familiar with Internet, Email & MS-Office Packages
• Applicants having experience in Marketing, Customer Relations/ Services, Communication and Sales will be preferred
• Fresher’s can apply
• Can communicate in Sinhala, English or Tamil (familiarity with at least two languages will be an advantage)
• Strong interpersonal skills, well-mannered and intelligent
Salary: Fixed salary + attractive commission
