Business Development Executive (Digital Marketing)
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, your mission is to contribute to the expansion and retention of the retail business through formulating and executing creative marketing/promotion strategies to enhance product/brand awareness and to capture potential clients/sales personnel’s attention. You will need to conceptualize, develop and implement new project ideas, promotional, advertising and branding materials to project the corporate identity effectively.
You will also need to manage a positive working relationship with external agencies to develop digital advertising strategies and other below the line collateral’s to meet your objectives. You will need to play a supportive role in seminars and events, as well as in media publicity efforts. You will also be responsible for developing effective tracking mechanisms to monitor the rate of response for all marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
– Diploma and above in any discipline (Mass communication graduates will have an added advantage)
– At least 1 year of working experience, graduates without experience are welcome to apply
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with good results in English
– Understanding in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Flash, Illustrator or other designing software, HTML, Dreamweaver, CMS
– Good knowledge in online advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), web designing and content management
– Self-motivated and creative individual who takes initiative, has an eye for detail with the ability to work effectively to meet tight deadlines.
– Social media literacy
– A committed, and confident team player with the ability to handle work independently and responsibly, and respond positively to client’s request for assistance
– Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
