Post of Assistant Manager (Service and Support)
We are searching for a candidate who is open to technical challenges and is a problem solver.
Job Specification:
• Responsible for terminal repair and maintain terminal management system
• Repair and service to various EFTPOS systems
• Support wide range of communication client focused needs/ requirements
• Manage problems in assigned stores Smartphone based Dispatch system
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Strong PC skills Highly motivated and energetic
• Strong communication skills and work ethic
Qualifications
Applicants may demonstrate this expertise by achieving professional certifications, which are usually offered through technology manufacturers or industry standards organizations. Certification in business management may also prove beneficial. Several years’ experience in the technology or management fields is often required for support manager positions.
