Assistant Human Resources Manager
Job Role
– Your overall job role is to assist the Head of HR, to run the Human Resources function in the hotel in a smooth and efficient manner in line with standard HR policies and procedures.
– Establishing and maintaining excellent team member relations and morale to achieve a high standard of performance in line with our guest satisfaction objectives, as well as hotel’s business and strategic plans.
– As a member of the Hilton Family, it is important to embrace our culture and live in our values in delivering our vision; ‘To fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality’
Prerequisites:
– A degree in Human Resources Management from a recognized university or an equivalent professional qualification from a recognized institute, with minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a star class hotel.
– Thorough hands on experience in all HR Key Results Areas including labour laws.
– Service attitude and outgoing personality with excellent skills in counseling and motivating team members.
– Ability to work with different levels of team members including the management.
– Planning and organizing skills with a structured approach and eye for detail.
– Ability to work with data/numbers and preparing reports/ analysis as required.
– Open for new concepts and systems whilst adapting to change.
– Excellent communication skills in English (written / spoken) with familiarity in MS office packages.
