Showroom Manageress
– Ability to manage a team to maximize sales potential.
– Ensure store ambiance is maintained and communicated to all store personnel
– Ability to manage clients effectively and professionally whilst ensuring a high level of customer Service excellence
Customer Service Representative – Female
– Good communication skills in English & Sinhalese.
– Ability to attend to customer queries, complaints and concerns immediately, and facilitate Satisfactory resolution. – Ability to process customer orders in courteous, efficient and timely manner.
– Previous experience in the fashion industry would be an added qualification.
Cashier
– Ability to process daily collection, banking and timely reporting.
– Maintain proper audit trails.
– Should possess a good track record of secondary education, preferably in Commerce subjects.
– Pleasing personality with a good communication skills in English.
