Service Manager

Responsibilities:

– Work closely IT Service Centre and ensuring Basic Infrastructure, Implementation SOPs, Quality of manpower
– Ensuring all KPIS related to service are met.
– Ensuring direct cost and overheads are within Target
– Ensuring all Escalations are closed within Time frame
– Meeting with distributors and dealers for service feedback
– Do audits and prepare action plans for improvement.
– Responsible for Contact Center of the country
– Responsible for Return Material management

Requirements:

– BE / B.Tech – Electronics / Mechanical.
– 10-15 Yrs of field experience in customer Service
– Excellent command in both spoken and written English

Required ski1l(s):

– MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint

Assistant Manager – Product Service (Mobile Phones)

Responsibilities:

– Work closely with Mobile Service centres and ensuring Basic Infrastructure, Implementation SOPs Quality of manpower
– Ensuring all KPIs related to Mobile service are met.
– Ensuring direct cost and overheads are within Target
– Ensuring all Escalations are closed within Time frame
– Meeting with distributors and dealers for service feedback
– Do timely Audits as per HO guidelines.
– Reports Abnormal failures to Tech support team
– Processing Dead-On-Arrivals received from National Distributor.
– Spares planning for Mobile Service Centres.
– Technical Training to Mobile Service Centres

Requirements:

– BE /B.Tech – Electronics
– 5-7 Yrs of field experience in customer Service of Mobile products
– Excellent command in both spoken and written English

Required skill(s):

– MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint
