Service Desk Officer (Rajagiriya)

The Job Profile:
– Accountable for user support for application systems of the group (Banking / Lending)
– Ensure that the user queries are attended on time
– Ensure that all queries related to the application systems routed to the IT Service Desk are escalated and followed up
Requirements:
– Experience in the Banking / Financial / IT sectors
– Qualification in Finance & Accounting and IT will be an added advantage
– Excellent interpersonal skills
