Job Description:
Should be LLB with minimum 7 years of experience from banking/financial institution.
Draft and negotiate external funding arrangements in India and elsewhere in Asia Pacific, including long term unsecured and secured debt, commercial paper issuance, and inter corporate deposits
Draft and negotiate inter company loans, as well as cash management and cash pooling arrangements with major banking counter parties
Manage Treasury legal and regulatory aspects of Asia Pacific cross-border payments, acquisitions and divestitures
Manage outside counsel and outside counsel fees, evaluating bringing work in house wherever practical
Share best practices with other members of the Capital legal team
