– Knowledge of accounting and has worked on Sap module.
– Knowledge of Payroll and statutory compliance.
– Strong interpersonal skills,
– Ability to work and communicate effectively with employees.
– Ability to coordinate with vendors like Bankers Insurance company.
– Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into action plans.
– Strong analytical skills with an ability to problem solving. – Advanced knowledge of PC technology applications and online tools especially
Skills (Good to have)
– Post Graduate in Commerce Finance (M.Com MBA Finance)
– 2 to 3 years of experience in payroll validations and knowledge on statuory compliance.
– Previous experience in a BPO payroll department preferred.
– Good Communication skills.
– Demonstrated Experience of handling employee grievance.
– Good interpersonal skills with excellent man management capabilities.
– Good analytical skills.8. Aptitude for understanding technology.
