Junior Executive
CROSSPOINT BUSINESS SOLUTIONS (PVT) LTD, is Sri Lanka’s premier data capture solutions provider with backing of prestigious supply partners such as Zebra Technologies (formally Motorola Solutions), VASCO Data Security Solutions and Miebach Consulting (Warehouse Management Software Solutions). We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and well experienced person who could handle the following tasks efficiently.
Your key responsibilities:-
■ Handling day to day and monthly routine activities related to finance department except core accounting..( EPF,ETF,payee submission , preparation of tax returns , etc..)
■ Preparation of documents related to import/export function, HR & administrative function.
■ Coordination with freight forwarders, clearing agents, insurance & other service suppliers of the company.
■ Should monitor inventory control system & coordinate with relevant departments.
■ Answering the incoming/outgoing calls professionally.
■ Handling the filing system.
■ Coordination of inter-departmental activities.
You should possess the followings.
■ Female below 30 years of age
■ Preferably 02 years of experiences but not essential
■ Preferably from an accounting background.
■ Should be able to start immediately
■ Verbal /written knowledge in English
■ Should be computer literate
■ Should be a resident of Colombo suburbs.
