IT System Operator
Selected candidate will report to System Administrator and will be required to:
• Monitoring IT systems.
• Generating MIS reports according to the pre planned schedules.
• First level IT support for internal parties.
• Liaise with external parties/vendors to solve system issues.
• System backup maintenance.
• Communicate effectively and carry out duties independently.
Education Qualifications & Experience:
• IT diploma or equivalent qualifications.
• At Least one year of IT working experience would be added advantage.
• Good team player and ability to correspond and coordinate with other departments as and when necessary.
• Ability to work in demanding environment.
• Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
