IT Support Assistant
Responsibilities:
* Install and maintain hardware and software
* Administer Servers, PCs, Laptops, Printers, Routers and Switches
* Maintain existing software, hardware and upgrade any that have become obsolete
* Monitor computer systems and networks
* Network Administration (Including backup, User account management, E-mail configuration)
Personal Profile & Skills:
* Willing to work on shift basis including weekends
* Strong team player
* Fast Learner Dedicated
* Age below 24 years old
Educational & Professional Qualification:
* Diploma/Higher Diploma in IT or equivalent qualification
* Microsoft/Cisco certification will be an added advantage
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar capacity is compulsory
