Irrigation Manager (Colombo)

The Irrigation Manager is responsible for business devolopment, the creation of irrigation
schedules and for supervising the servicing, inspection, and repair of irrigation systems for our
farms and fields.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Bachelor’s degree in a related field highly preferred
– 2-3 years managing a large-scale irrigation system / projects
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
– Handling and dealing with Suppliers
– Driving the irrigation division to achieve set targets by the Company
– Arranging training programs, customer awareness programs and other propaganda campaigns to maintain the brand name in the trade
– Business development
– Develop and execute all Irrigation schedule programs
– Oversee and maintain all irrigation infrastructure
– Responsible for managing irrigation field teams
– Reports daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual activity required by the management
– Responsible and accountable for departmental capital and operations budget
– Collect irrigating information, develop spreadsheets and analysis data for projects
– Establish an irrigation schedule program
– Other projects as deemed necessary by Management
