Sous Chef
The ideal candidate should have the following:
Individual should be enthusiastic, outgoing & creative with wide experience in the field of culinary & beverage service and should have a prior experience in similar capacity.
As the Sous Chef the individual should ensure high quality food production whilst maintaining budgeted costs.
• Minimum 3 Years’ experience in star class or boutique hotel
• Experience in both Asian & European cuisine
• Budgeting & cost management skills
• Maintain inventory of food purchased & consumed
• Knowledge in market trends in Sri Lanka ,menu planning & costing
Sous Chef – Pastry
Energetic young personality with minimum of 3 years’ experience in star class /boutique hotel specialized in the pastry. Ideal candidate should be able to understand guest requirements and prepare it accordingly with the guidance of Executive Sous Chef.
Housekeeping
• Housekeeping Attendants
Food & Beverage
• Waiters A reputed rice mill situated in the vicinity of Polonnaruwa. The below vacancies exists for the suitable candidate.
Motor Mechanic Officer
Key requirements:
• Qualifications from a reputed institution & work experience
• Sound knowledge of all machinery mechanical works
• Experience 3-5 years in the specified field
• Age 30 — 45 years
Electrician
Key requirements:
• Electrical full time/part time course from NAITA/German Tech/ Technical colleges/City & Guilds.
• Experience 2-3 years as an Electrician
• Sound knowledge in electrical panels / Motor control — trouble shooting
• Age 30-45 years
