We’re looking for people with a heart for Hospitality A luxury boutique concept property with 16 units in Thalpe/Galle, is looking for the following personnel
Executive Chef/F&B Manager
Responsibilities:-
• Train and manage all F&B personnel.
• Supervise/coordinate all related culinary activities, estimate food consumption, purchase food, select and develop recipes.
• Standardize production recipes to ensure consistency & quality. Establish presentation techniques and high quality service
• He / She will also be responsible for the day to day operations of the F&B department
• He / She will also review the inventory, manage budgets and ensure the bar makes legislative directives
Requirements:-
The ideal candidate would possess a certificate from a recognized hotel catering institute in advance cookery and have a minimum of 8-10 years experience as an executive chef in a Boutique Resort/Five start Hotel in fine dining cooking with a background in F&B operations for a minimum if 2-3 years
Butlers
Applicants should have a minimum of two years experience in a similar position or in a Fine Dining Restaurant of a luxury Hotel in a supervisory level. Should be proficient in maintaining a high degree of customer care quality and set standards. Candidates who possess experience in both F&B and H/K and fluency in English will have a distinct advantage.
House Attendants
The ideal candidate would have the ability to ensure that the rooms and the public areas are maintained to the highest standards and provide an excellent F&B service to ensure guest satisfaction. Should have excellent interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality with a good working attitude. Minimum 3 years experience in a boutique hotel or in a reputed hotel is a requirement.
Exposure in both F&B and H/K departments will be a distinct advantage
