Hotel Resident Manager
We are on the lookout for an Experienced Resident Manager for our star classified Hotel at Anuradhapura.
The ideal candidate should be:
• With adequate professional qualifications and exposure
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Resident Manager
• Team Player with overall knowledge of all operational aspects of Hotel Management including F & B, Food, Front Office and Maintenance
• Familiar with IT applications connected to the Hotel sector
Selected candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the hotel including operations, personnel, marketing, and revenue, monitoring and controlling costs and meeting revenue targets together with managing, motivating and training the hotel staff to ensure high standards of performance and integrity
