Help Desk Coordinator

Knowledge & Skill Requirement:

* ACS/BCS/NCC part qualification or NIBM Diploma in Computer Science or NVQ Level 4 from NAITA
* Knowledge of MS Office Suite, MS Outlook, Internet Explorer, Windows 2000, XP, Win 7. Win 8/8.1 and Win 10 client Operating Systems & Win 2003/2008 and 2012 Server Operating Systems.
* Exceptional Verbal & Written Communication Skills
* Minimum 2 years in Help Desk or Desktop Environment
* Ability to work in extended work hours may be required as dictated by management and business needs
* Ability to do multi-task and be flexible with assigned work schedule
* Ability to work in a team environment, presenting a professional image and commanding the respect of staff and peers
* Strong initiative, detail oriented, ability to interpret problems and decision — making skills
* Age preferably below 27 years
