Head of Human Resources
Your responsibilities will include:
• Develop the Company’s HR strategy by identifying and researching human resources issues specially in the branches
• Establish human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives and develop the HR Plan for the year.
• Overlook procedures which are being followed in recruitment, orientation, training and coaching/counseling of staff • Prepare and review training material and trainers.
• Ensure staffing levels are optimal for high performance
• Establish key performance indicators for each position.
• Prepare and review rosters for branch requirement complying with the volume of business
• Develop long term human resources plan to minimize staff turnover
• Responsible for the overall functions of the company’s HR department
• Ensure high level of security is maintained in the organization.
The position requires an individual who fits the following profile:
• Bachelor’s degree or a recognized professional qualification in HR
• Minimum 5 years experience in HR in a reputable organization with 2 years in senior HR management
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Sound knowledge of office platforms, specially excels, and well versed with computer ERP, and cloud based systems. • Hospitality experience will be an advantage
