Field Service Engineer — Deputy Manager
Job Role:
In the mentioned role of Field Service Engineer, the candidate will be responsible,
* To install maintain and calibrate the Philips Medical Equipment (CT / MRI / Cathlab /US) as per Service manuals and guidelines.
* Responsible to make sure that the uptime of the equipment is met at minimum 95% as per Philips Standard guidelines.
* Responsible to have highest levels of Customer satisfaction by interacting with all the user departments and head of the institutions.
* Single focal point for all the technical customer escalations in Sri Lanka.
* Work closely with the sales colleagues to address any customer concerns arising at any of the points in the selling cycle.
* Closely coordinating with the project management office to make sure that the systems are installed as per Philips Product planning data and Specifications.
* Provide Escalated support to the Channel partners handling our equipment maintenance in Srilanka.
* He will be measured on the efficiency with which he attends and closes customer complaints and the accuracy in reporting of the activity in the Philips Records.
* Candidate will be responsible to service / install and calibrate the Medical Equipment as per Service manuals and guidelines.
Requirements:
* Should be an Engineer has expertise as mentioned above in the job role
* 05 to 08 years of experience
