Debt Collectors (Senior and Junior)
Key Accountabilities:
– Prepare Debtors Statements and AR monitoring reports
– Proactive debtors follow-up
– Updating records of debtors and customer credit reviews.
– Ability to build good relationships with customers
– Strong Negotiating skills on recovery
– Represent company and coordinate the legal recovery process
Attributes:
– Age —— 28 — 40
– Possess at least 2 years coiporate experience for a junior debt collector
– Possess at least 5 years coiporate experience for a senior debt collector
– Education: 0/L and A/L.
– Excellent conununication and analytical Skills
– Excellent skills in Excel
– Ability’ to work towards deadlines and under pressure.
– Mature strong persoiiality
