The Job:
The successful candidate is expected to carryout the duties in the life Call Center including data entering and handling all inquiries related to life insurance products.
Person to be successful in this role you would need to possess the following:
- 3 Passes in G.C.E. A/Ls.
- Computer literacy. ( Competent user in MS OFFICE).
- Dynamic personality with positive attitude.
- Good command in English and Sinhala languages. (Tamil will be an added advantage).
- Should be willing to work in a roster based environment.
