We are on the lookout for a Customer Marketing Assistant for a leading FMCG company located in Colombo.
Work Location : Colombo
Duties
• Develop Field/Trade engagement programs BTL campaigns & execution strategies along with Customer Marketing team
• Assist Customer Marketing team on on-going projects with assigned tasks
• Attend to day-to-day business information requirements by internal stakeholders
• Maintain the brand promotional calendar updated and follow up with relevant category Customer Marketing champion on the execution/deliverables and update the dashboard
• Assigned to support to manage/develop General Trade Customer Marketing activities of Wellness & Oral Care brand portfolio of Company Consumer Products. (Brands handled; Panadol, Iodex, Eno, Sensodyne, Voltaren Gel, PFC, Panadeine, Corsodyl)
• Pre / Post forecast of the Modern Trade Gross to Net and account promotion/activity settlements Developing dashboards using the secondary sales data on Power BI tool
• Preparation of comprehensive analysis of all Pre & Post Brand campaigns, sales driven activations conducted
Qualifications
Graduate or an undergraduate from a reputed university
Professional qualifications in Marketing
Extremely detail oriented to ensure accuracy and quality across all tasks and able to complete tasks thoroughly and accurately with little direction.
Must demonstrate a can-do attitude and demonstrate highest level of ethics. Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times with all situations and documentation.
Good command in English with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
